Participation in the conference implies agreement with the Terms set out below.

1. Main Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer and regulates the relations of Participants (Buyers) and the Organizer (Seller) in the "ReAgro" conference (hereinafter the Conference).

1.2. The organization and conduct of the Conference is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

1.3. The Participant's placement of an order to participate in the Conference through the no-tiller.com website means their agreement with the terms of this Offer.

The Offer is considered accepted by the Buyer and the Agreement concluded by the Parties from the moment of performing the following actions:
– placing a special mark indicating agreement with the terms of the Offer during registration
– registration of the Participant on the no-tiller.com website;
– payment by the Participant for services provided under this Agreement.

1.4. The Organizer of the Conference is Individual Entrepreneur Draganchuk Mykhaylo Ivanovych.

1.5 Information posted on the no-tiller.com website is publicly available unless otherwise established by this Agreement.

1.6 By registering on the no-tiller.com website, the Participant thereby gives consent to the processing of their personal data (name, surname, and contact details) for inclusion in the event Participants' information database. Subsequently, this data may be used by the Organizer to inform registered users about the progress of event preparation, changes in conduct, etc. by email and/or by phone call.

2. Terms and Location of the Conference

2.1. The Conference will be held on February 5 and 6, 2026.

2.2. Registration for the Conference begins from the moment of landing page publication and ends on February 6, 2026.

2.3. The Conference location is: Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, Kyiv, 33 Velyka Zhytomyrska Street.

3. Participation Conditions

3.1. Conference Participants may be farmers, managers and specialists of agricultural enterprises, and others interested in regenerative agriculture.

3.2. To become a Conference Participant, it is necessary by February 5, 2026, inclusive, to carefully review the conference information on the no-tiller.com website

3.2.1. In the "Participation Cost" section, click the "Buy Ticket" button.

3.2.2. Fill in your personal data: first name, last name, phone, email address, region and country.

3.2.3. Pay for participation.

3.3. Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent to the specified E-mail. A paid and confirmed order to the Participant's email address guarantees that they receive Conference Participant status.

3.4. Organizers do not edit information about the Participant – name, surname, and other data specified during registration will be indicated on the Participant's badge.

4. Payment Terms and Payment Security

4.1. The Participant independently chooses the payment method for participation when placing an order from those offered by the Organizer on the website. The Participant is obliged to pay for participation according to the chosen method before the Conference date.

4.2. The cost of Conference participation increases according to the scheme: EARLY BIRD (8000 UAH) – from November 29 to December 25, STANDARD (10000 UAH) – from December 26 to January 25, LAST MINUTE (12000 UAH) – from January 26 to February 5. The current pricing schedule can always be found on the no-tiller.com website

4.3. The order amount depends on the rate in effect on the payment date. Registration and payment processes on the website are automated, and the new price takes effect at 00:00 Kyiv time on the first day of each rate. The price listed on the website may differ for some time from that specified in the registration system and does not affect the payment amount.

4.4. Participation can be paid online through the WayForPay electronic payment system or others used on the no-tiller.com website.

4.5. Payment security is ensured by using SSL protocol to transmit confidential information from the client to the system server for further processing. Further information transmission is carried out through closed banking networks of the highest degree of protection.

4.6. Processing of encrypted confidential client data (card details, registration data, etc.) is carried out in the processing center. Thus, no one, even the seller, can obtain personal and banking data of the client, including information about their purchases made in other stores and websites.

5. Refund

5.1. Refund of funds paid for Conference participation is possible no later than 2 weeks before the Conference start. After January 23, 2026, the option to return tickets will no longer be available.

5.2. In case of refund for tickets, the Participant is not allowed to participate in the Conference.

5.3. To cancel participation and receive a refund, the Participant must contact the no-tiller.com website support service at reagro@no-tiller.com

5.4. Refund may occur within 10 business days from receipt of the refund request.

5.5. The Participant can cancel participation and receive back an amount equivalent to the ticket price, minus 10% for accepting/returning funds.

5.6. The Organizer has the right not to make refunds in case of insurmountable force majeure circumstances described in clause 6.3 of this Agreement.

6. Terms of Effect

6.1. The Agreement enters into force from the moment of acceptance of the Offer by the Participant and is valid until full performance by the Parties of their obligations.

6.2. The Agreement may be terminated in the manner provided by current legislation of Ukraine.

6.3. The Organizer is released from fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement due to force majeure, i.e., extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under given conditions, including fire, terrorist act, natural disasters (earthquake, flood, etc.), war, military actions of any nature, epidemics, large-scale strikes, decisions of state bodies directly affecting the subject of this Agreement, and other extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under given conditions.

6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms, and participants agree to comply with these rules.

Before registration and providing Information, the Participant carefully reviewed these Terms and agreed to the procedure for receiving and processing Information established by them.
