Offer agreement
About participation in the conference “Regenerative Agro Conference” (RE AGRO25) through the official website.
Participation in the conference implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Main provisions
1.1 This Agreement is a public offer and regulates the relations of the Participants (Buyers) and the Organizer (Seller) in the conference “Regenerative Agro Conference” (hereinafter referred to as the Conference).
1.2. The organization and holding of the Conference is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
1.3. By placing an order for participation in the Conference by the Participant using the no-tiller.com website, the Participant agrees to the terms of this Offer. The Offer is considered accepted by the Buyer and the Agreement concluded by the Parties from the moment the following actions are performed
– affixing a special icon, which means acceptance of the terms of the Offer during registration
– registration of the Participant on the website no-tiller.com;
– payment by the Participant for the services provided under this Agreement.
1.4. The Conference is organized by Mykhailo Draganchuk, sole proprietor.
1.5 The information posted on the no-tiller.com website is publicly available, unless otherwise provided by this Agreement.
1.6 By registering on the no-tiller.com website, the Participant hereby consents to the processing of his/her personal data (name, surname and contact details) for inclusion in the information database of the Participants of the event. In the future, this data may be used by the Organizer to inform registered users about the progress of preparations for the event, changes in the event, etc. by e-mail and/or phone call.
2. Dates and venue of the Conference
2.1. The Conference will be held on February 6 and 7, 2025.
2.2. Registration for the Conference starts on October 21, 2024 and ends on February 7, 2025.
2.3. The venue of the Conference is: The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 33 Velyka Zhytomyrska St., Kyiv, Ukraine.
3. Terms of participation
3.1. The Conference is open to farmers, managers and specialists of agricultural enterprises and others interested in regenerative agriculture.
3.2. In order to become a Participant of the Conference, it is necessary to carefully read the information about the conference on the website no-tiller.com by February 6, 2025, inclusive
3.2.1. In the “Participation fee” section, click the “Buy a ticket” button.
3.2.2. Fill in your personal data: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, region and country.
3.2.3 Pay for participation.
3.3 Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent to the specified e-mail address. The order paid and confirmed to the Participant’s e-mail address is a guarantee that he/she receives the status of the Conference Participant.
3.4 The organizers do not edit the information about the Participant – the name, surname and other data specified during registration will be indicated on the Participant’s badge.
4. Payment terms and security of payments
4.1 The Participant chooses the method of payment for participation when placing an order independently, from those offered by the Organizer on the website. The Participant is obliged to pay for participation in accordance with the chosen method by the date of the Conference.
4.2 The cost of participation in the Conference will increase as we get closer to the event. The price increase schedule is approved and will be adjusted by the organizer if necessary. The current price schedule can always be found on the website no-tiller.com
4.3. The amount of the order does not depend on the ticket price at the time of registration and is recalculated automatically according to the price on the day of payment. The registration and payment processes on the website are automated, and the new price comes into effect at 00:00 Kyiv time on the specified day. The price indicated on the website may differ from the price indicated in the registration system for some time and does not affect the amount of payment.
4.4. You can pay for participation online through the WayForPay electronic payment system or other payment systems used on the no-tiller.com website.
4.5. Payment security is ensured by using the SSL protocol to transfer confidential information from the client to the system server for further processing. Further transfer of information is carried out through closed banking networks of the highest degree of protection.
4.6. The processing of confidential customer data received in encrypted form (card details, registration data, etc.) is carried out in the processing center. Thus, no one, not even the seller, can obtain the client’s personal and banking data, including information about his purchases made in other stores and websites.
4.7. To make a cashless payment, you must familiarize yourself with this Public Offer and, if you agree with it, send an application with your details to reagro@no-tiller.com
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds for participation in the Conference are possible no later than 2 weeks before the start of the Conference. After 23.01.2025 the possibility to return the ticket will not be valid.
5.2. In case of refund of tickets, the Participant is not allowed to participate in the Conference.
5.3. To cancel participation and receive a refund, the Participant must contact the support service of the no-tiller.com website at ntlab@no-tiller.com
5.4. Refunds may be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
5.5. The participant may withdraw from the event and receive a refund equivalent to the ticket price minus 10% for acceptance/refund.
5.6. The Organizer has the right not to make a refund in case of force majeure circumstances described in clause 6.3. of this Agreement.
6. Validity of the Terms and Conditions
6.1. The Agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance of the Offer by the Bidder and shall remain in force until the Parties fulfill their obligations in full.
6.2. The Agreement may be terminated in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.3. The Organizer shall be released from fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement due to force majeure, i.e. extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the given conditions, including fire, terrorist attack, natural disasters (earthquake, flood, etc.), war, military actions of any nature, epidemics, large-scale strikes, decisions of state authorities directly affecting the subject matter of this Agreement, and other extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the given conditions.
6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and the participants agree to comply with these rules.
Before registering and submitting the Information, the Participant has carefully read these Terms and Conditions and agreed to the procedure for receiving and processing the Information established by them.
