Regenerative Agriculture Training and Research Center

Since I first shared the idea of creating the No-Till Research Center (https://www.facebook.com/share/1BVUq4Xevi/?mibextid=WC7FNe), I have undergone significant changes. I have moved more and more toward regenerative agriculture as an approach that not only helps maintain but also restores soil fertility, supports biodiversity, and contributes to the sustainable development of farms.

Over the past few years, I have conducted several field days and organized a conference on regenerative agriculture where farmers had the opportunity to share their experiences. While studying best practices from around the world, I realized that it was time to take a new step and develop research in the field of regenerative agriculture.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find a plot of land to implement this project in Ukraine. Perhaps the time for such a project has not yet come or is not right for our country. Therefore, during my trip to Europe I am looking for opportunities to implement a Regenerative Agriculture Training and Research Center in one of the European countries.

This will be a platform for setting up experiments on growing various cash crops and cover crops without tillage, researching various elements of regenerative technology, testing equipment, and holding educational events for farmers from different countries.

I see this center as an international platform for farmers, where we can explore the latest methods and technologies, share experiences and look for optimal solutions to improve soil conditions and develop sustainable agriculture.

The project aims to:

– Restoring soil fertility;
– Improving the ecological condition of agricultural land;
– Disseminating knowledge and practices of regenerative agriculture among farmers.
