This text was written on World Earth Day.
But it seems it’s not just about that day.

Now, with the war going on, I find myself thinking about land in a different way.
Before, the conversations were about technology, harvests, and farming methods. Now, I sometimes catch myself thinking differently – I find myself afraid. Not just ours. The Earth’s as a whole.
Today is Earth Day. And somehow, And somehow, I can’t see it as just another date.
Because the Earth isn’t something far away and abstract. It’s right here. In our fields. In those places where, instead of work, there is war today.
And in all of this, a very simple thought appears. Maybe even too simple.
Grand words about the planet mean nothing without small decisions in the specific field.
We can’t influence everything. But we can avoid depleting the soil. We can keep it alive.
And maybe… that’s what matters right now. Just taking care of this Earth – right where we are.
Because that’s probably what the future is made of. 🌱
